Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design and develop learning solutions that meet client needs and learning objectives.
  • Learning Solution Development: Develop learning content and materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS, authoring tools) to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and management of learning design projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate learning solutions to ensure quality and alignment with learning objectives

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience development.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience in developing various learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and tools.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
