Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Organize and monitor apprentices' progress
- Ensure coordination with training institutions
- Supervising and supporting apprentices
- Monitor skills and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations related to apprenticeship
- Participate in the improvement of training programs
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, training or equivalent
- Experience in training or learning management preferred
- Organization and rigor
- Sense of p edagogy
- Good communication
- Coordination capacity
