Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to the needs of various departments within the organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in adult education.
  • Create and manage training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and report on employee progress and training outcomes to management.
  • Support onboarding processes by delivering orientation and foundational training for new hires.
  • Continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant training software.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
