Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to the needs of various departments within the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in adult education.
- Create and manage training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and report on employee progress and training outcomes to management.
- Support onboarding processes by delivering orientation and foundational training for new hires.
- Continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant training software.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
