Learning Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering customized educational programs aimed at supporting students with various learning challenges.
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt lesson plans as necessary.
• Provide direct support to students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum and promoting their academic success.
• Monitor student progress closely, documenting observations and providing feedback regarding their development.
• Encourage students social interactions and assist in the cultivation of positive peer relationships within the classroom.
• Help maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve instructional strategies and support practices.

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the educational success of all students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
