Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the execution of learning and talent initiatives, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of in-house learning experiences, working closely with the team to ensure a seamless participant journey.

Content Development & Learning Innovation

  • Help curate and recommend learning (in person or online) content and resources that support a culture of continuous development.
  • Assist in developing and refreshing learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with modern learning principles.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify needs and contribute ideas for innovative learning approaches.

Administration & Operational Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships, including quotations, LPOs, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of learning programmes and talent initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date learning and talent data across key systems.
  • Support the performance management cycle through timely reporting and proactive follow-up.

Insights & Engagement

  • Collect and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve programme effectiveness.
  • Champion process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and user experience across learning and talent platforms.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Learning & Talent agenda, promoting initiatives and supporting engagement across the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about supporting employee growth and fostering continuous learning.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Powerpoint, Excel, and other reporting/dashboard tools (e.g. BI)
  • Experience using survey engines and visual design tools.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in HR, L&D, or Talent administration with exposure to programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
