Lease Coordinator (Car Rental) Dollar Car Rental

Role Overview:

The Lease Operations supports end-to-end lease operations, including vehicle servicing, breakdown management, off-hire coordination, replacements, and customer account support. The role ensures fleet availability, service continuity, and smooth lease execution through close coordination with customers, internal teams, and external service providers. The role plays a critical part in minimizing vehicle downtime, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting accurate operational and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily • Act as the primary point of contact for lease customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. • Create and follow up on service bookings, breakdowns, recoveries, and mobile servicing. • Arrange replacement vehicles and coordinate deliveries and collections. • Monitor vehicle status (On-road, OOS, under repair, total loss, permanent replacement). • Coordinate with Traffic for NOCs, registrations, and documentation. • Liaise with Sales and customers on damage assessments, off-hires, and charge postings. • Coordinate with Fleet for vehicle assignment. • Prepare and circulate daily operational and vehicle status reports. Weekly • Follow up on registration renewals, passing, and replacement scheduling. • Track pending service bookings and OOS vehicles. Monthly • Monitor vehicle permits and compliance requirements.
