Operations Executive (Car Sales) Thrifty Car Rental

Role Overview:

Car Sales supports daily used car sales operations and acts as a backup for the Sales Coordinator and Car Sales Executive when required. The role involves vehicle allocation, coordination with internal departments, and maintaining accurate vehicle records to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a backup for the Sales Coordinator and Car Sales Executive to ensure continuity of operations.

• Allocate and assign vehicles for approved sales based on availability and internal approvals.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Traffic, Workshop, and Accounts for smooth processing of sold vehicles.

• Update and maintain accurate vehicle information in the system, including status, mileage, condition, and other relevant details.

• Prepare and maintain vehicle lists for approved sales and share them internally as required.

• Coordinate internal movement of vehicles, including key handling, driver coordination, and transfers.

• Assist with preparation of delivery and handover documentation after payment confirmation.

• Support internal and customer-related queries regarding vehicle availability and documentation.

• Follow up internally on pending clearances, approvals, and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of sold and available vehicles.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes and provide basic guidance on documentation where required.
