Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote available rental properties across key areas in Abu Dhabi
  • Handle client inquiries and qualify prospective tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
  • Prepare and process lease agreements in line with Abu Dhabi regulations
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities when required
  • Maintain accurate and updated listings on property portals
  • Source new leasing opportunities and build a strong client database
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws and company policies
  • Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs

Market-Specific Responsibilities (Abu Dhabi):

A) Stay updated with Abu Dhabi rental trends and pricing fluctuations
B) Understand and explain processes related to:
- Tawtheeq (tenancy contract registration)
- Security deposits and payment structures
