Company Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our Ajman. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You will handle property leasing, client interactions, and ensure a smooth rental process from lead generation to lease signing.
Key Responsibility
Promote residential & commercial properties to potential tenants.
Respond to inquiries about rent, facilities, and lease terms.
Prepare and review lease agreements with all required details.
Coordinate lease signing and property handover.
Submit commission receipts to accounting (no direct handling of commission).
Follow up with tenants on payments, renewals, and concerns.
Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and building rules.
Identify opportunities to sell properties and assist in closing sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or leasing is a plus.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Valid UAE residency visa (mandatory).
