We are working with a leading international real estate consultancy to recruit an experienced Leasing Associate specialising in Tenant Representation. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead tenant representation assignments, managing leasing transactions across office, retail, and industrial sectors.

• Deliver insightful market analysis and strategic advisory to clients, influencing critical leasing decisions.

• Effectively negotiate leasing terms, ensuring best outcomes for your clients.

• Develop and maintain strong networks with brokers, landlords, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth leasing processes.

• Collaborate closely with transaction management and brokerage teams to streamline and optimise leasing activities.

Who we're looking for:

• A proven track record in transactional leasing, tenant representation, or commercial brokerage over a 3-5 year career to date.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to successfully close deals.

• An established network within the commercial real estate industry.

• Confident and professional in client-facing situations, skilled in relationship building.

• Fluent English essential; Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred.

• A relevant real estate qualification or MRICS accreditation will be considered advantageous.
