Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

    • Secure and manage the best retail locations for Maa Althahab stores in targeted malls and commercial areas.
    • Negotiate directly with mall managers and property owners to get the best lease terms and prices.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify prime retail opportunities and support strategic expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners.
    • Follow up on all leasing deals from start to closure, including relocating stores to more strategic locations if needed.
    • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support offline campaigns and drive store performance.
    • Represent the company at selected trade events and exhibitions to support expansion initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or business development.
  • Proven track record in site selection and lease negotiation.
  • Knowledge of commercial leasing contracts and real estate basics.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.

Preferred:

  • 2 4 years of similar experience in a retail or F&B brand.
  • Strong network with mall operators, brokers, and property owners.
  • Familiarity with GIS and retail site analysis tools.
