Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the landlord leasing function for CBRE Excellerate clients. Build a pipeline of transactions to help Landlords to hit occupancy targets.

  • Full responsibility for leasing space on behalf of CBRE Excellerate clients
  • Responsibility for the leasing process across the CBRE Excellerate clients, from negotiations to ensuring the leases are accurately prepared and signed off
  • Ensure all renewals and new leases are timeously negotiated and professionally compiled
  • Responsibility for formulating a leasing strategy & producing accurate status reports
  • Maintain positive relationships with all tenants and brokers
  • Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokers
  • Manage and administer parking leases (monthly and lease based)
  • Maintain and grow broker and client relationships
  • Preparation of and management of budgets
  • To offer support to other business units as and when required
  • Conduct research on rental trends
  • Proactively marketing of space
  • Management of 3 rd party brokers and leasing consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

B degree in Property, Real Estate or Finance related field.

Minimum of 5 years leading deals in a commercial leasing environment, with a strong and proven track record

lease negotiating skills, networking skills, ability to understand contracts, dealing with local and international tenants, well connected in the industry to both brokers and clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsbr> During meetings clearly expresses his/her ideas and opinionsbr> Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

Presents credible and factual market-based evidencebr> Uses different influence strategies in order to secure a dealbr> Convinces others to adjust their views in order for all parties to derive a win-win situationbr> Is seen to have credibility in the eyes of others
