Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing vacant properties to closing leases, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants.
Conduct thorough market analysis to set competitive rental rates, maximizing occupancy while maintaining profitability.
Foster strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing concerns proactively.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and community outreach, to attract diverse tenant demographics.
Tenant Mix Strategy - uses and implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mall Leasing ONLY, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective leasing management.
A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in property management or leasing, showcasing a proven track record in driving occupancy rates.
Mall Leasing License or relevant certifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and demonstrating industry knowledge.
