Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the leasing process for residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain quality tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments in line with company policies and market trends.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in optimal condition for leasing.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, contracts, and correspondence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to foster positive tenant relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards throughout the leasing process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple properties and tasks.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, leasing regulations, and contract management.
- Proficiency in using leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
