Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker with proven experience working in bakery . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality Arabic breads, pastries, and other baked goods while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and production standards according to company and food safety regulations and must be willing to work and relocate in Mosul Iraq.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products including bread, sumon, hotdog bun, burger bun, Arabic Bread, rolls, croissants, cakes, cookies, and pastries. Measure, mix, and prepare doughs and batters according to recipes or custom requirements. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently. Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area in compliance with Food Safety standards. Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock ordering and control. Adapt recipes and techniques to local preferences and climate conditions. Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to develop new bakery items or seasonal specials.

Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or certification in Baking, Pastry Arts, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of professional baking experience. Strong knowledge of international and Arabic bakery products. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge preferred). Excellent time management, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
