Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and tutorials in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management modules
Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources
Support curriculum development in line with industry standards
Supervise student projects and provide academic guidance
Conduct and publish high-quality research in relevant fields
Participate in departmental activities and quality assurance processes
Engage with industry and contribute to academic development initiative
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Construction Economics / Cost Engineering / Civil Engineering (QS specialization)
- Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field (QS / Construction / Civil)
Teaching experience (5 years). (Industry experience in construction/QS is an added advantage)
Proficiency in English is a must.
Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation software.
Holds professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
