Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Faculty of Management Technology invites applications for the following position effective September 2026.
Job profile:
Candidates with academic and professional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Management / International Business
Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who have a record of accomplishment in academic and/or applied research.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Strategic Management, International Business or related disciplines (Organization Theory, Global Strategy, Internationalization Strategies, Global Value Chains and others) with extensive working experience (at least 3 years) in the academic field.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, with the ability to teach a range of management courses (e.g., Research Methodology, Business Ethics, Introductory and Advanced Management, and related areas).
Proven teaching ability at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Experience in student supervision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
High capacity to develop pedagogical innovations and to manage course modules.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
