Desired Candidate Profile
Hold a Master s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor s degree in the same field. (Preference will be given to candidates who can also teach general courses in Language and Linguistics along with Literature courses).
Have a good command of the English Language.
Hold membership in any of the professional association or bodies in the field of Language and / or Literature (Preferable, not mandatory.)
Have good number of research publications in his/her credit in reputable journals.
Have a Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university/college level after the Master s degree.
Be capable of carrying out tasks that are Quality Assurance related.
