Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum: Design and deliver lectures and hands-on labs in ethical hacking, malware analysis, and incident response.

  • Student Mentorship: Guide students on research projects, hackathons, and industry certifications like CISSP, CEH, and CISM.
  • Research: Engage in scholarly activities, publish in reputable journals, and supervise postgraduate research.
  • Industry Engagement: Establish connections with government and private firms to facilitate student internships and guest sessions.
  • Administration: Participate in departmental reviews, accreditation processes, and student recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Cyber Security, IT, or Computer Science.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience (e.g., penetration testing, security analysis).
  • Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in security tools (Firewalls, IDS, Encryption protocols).
