Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the LEED certification process for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable practices into project designs.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit documentation for LEED certification, including design and construction reviews.
- Stay updated on changes to LEED standards and sustainability trends in the industry.
- Provide training and support to project teams on sustainable design practices and LEED requirements.
- Develop sustainability reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- LEED AP (Accredited Professional) credential required.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in sustainability consulting or green building practices.
- Strong knowledge of LEED rating systems (BD+C, ID+C, O+M, etc.).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
