Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for the firm.
  • Auditing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Process client payments and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Analyze and address any inconsistencies or compliance concerns identified within financial documents.
  • Support external auditors and compliance reviews as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Associate or bachelor s degree in accounting field.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in legal accounting or auditing role.
  • Prior experience or coursework in legal accounting firm is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant legal regulations.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and statutory reports.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reconciliation.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information.
