Roles & Responsibilities

For a law firm in Maadi specializing in different legal practice areas, e.g., corporate law, family law, criminal defense, etc.], we are seeking a motivated and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the office and efficient case management by delivering legal services under the guidance of an attorney.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations, reports, legal memos, and emails with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as required.
  • Manage client files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Liaise with lawyers to monitor daily tasks, providing regular reports to management and clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal administrative or office support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and legal management systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and legal requirements.
