Currently, we are searching for a Position Name to join the big team of professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law (focus on data protection, privacy, or tech law preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the EU GDPR and its practical application.
  • Certification in data protection (CIPP/E) is a plus.
  • Experience in a legal or compliance role within a tech company, law firm, or consultancy.
  • Previous DPO experience or support in a similar capacity.
  • Experience delivering GDPR training to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on GDPR and privacy matters.
  • Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
  • Integrate Privacy by Design principles into product development.
  • Monitor and report on privacy compliance and risk.
  • Design and deliver GDPR training for software developers and technical teams.
  • Translate legal concepts into actionable technical guidance.
  • Develop training materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning, workshops).
  • Support GDPR onboarding and ongoing staff training.
  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams on data protection compliance.
  • Advise on international data transfers and vendor agreements.
