Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise on UAE legal and regulatory implications
- Draft and review MOUs, agreements, and executive directives
- Support international partnerships and cross border engagements
- Translate legal risk into practical, decision ready advice
- Support board level and executive documentation
- Operate with discretion in highly sensitive matters
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Qualified legal professional
- Significant UAE government legal experience
- Proven exposure to international agreements or cross border MOUs
- Experience advising senior executives or boards
- Pragmatic, commercially aware legal judgement
