Legal Advisor – (Real Estate/Hospitality) - Budget 16-20 K AED Please share CV’s at least 20 and post the JOB in Naukri Gulf.

About the job:

you will spend your time advising on all aspects of real estate and hospitality transactional matters leasing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include contract drafting, coordination of legal due diligence projects, drafting of initial deal documentation (NDA, LOIs, ORA, HOT), assistance with the drafting of key transaction documents and assistance with the overall deal management. You will work under the direct supervision of the Group Chief Legal Officer. The scope of legal work will be varied and includes drafting and negotiation of various legal documents, advising on structuring, partnership arrangements, and other transactional matters.

Responsibilities

Focus on real estate and hospitality activities within the Group, while recognising that the role extends beyond this to encompass corporate and commercial responsibilities across the entire organisation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, international best practices, policies, and procedures to protect the organisation and its subsidiaries from significant legal risks.
Supervise the provision of legal and regulatory guidance to minimise financial, legal, and reputational risks.
Support the GCLO by staying updated on new legislation and regulatory changes that may affect the Group and provide advice on how to ensure compliance with these developments.
Assist the GCLO in creating and upholding a legal framework for the organisation and its subsidiaries to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal support.
Analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts, including JVs, MOUs, NDAs, and term sheets.
Support corporate transactions such as joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
Advise on complex legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior management and external counsel.
Manage legal risk and ensure documentation accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified lawyer from a reputable legal private practice environment with some experienced gained in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge and skills (including drafting and organizational skills).
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Comprehensive prior experience in executing real estate and hospitality transactions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, self-management, and project management skills.
The ability to create, sustain, and lead effective work teams.
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from a recognized/reputable university in law
Excellent Arabic and English language written and speaking skills.
