Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and related legal documents

  2. Advise management on UAE real estate and tenancy laws

  3. Handle rental disputes, eviction cases, and represent the company before relevant authorities

  4. Liaise with regulatory bodies including Dubai Land Department, Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department

  5. Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies

  6. Support contract management and risk mitigation strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree preferred

  2. Minimum 5–7 years of real estate legal experience in Dubai & Sharjah

  3. Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy and property laws

  4. Experience handling rental disputes and legal proceedings

  5. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

  6. Arabic language proficiency mandatory
