Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on Commercial and Corporate Law matters within the UAE legal
framework.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including PPA, PPP and BOT contracts
related to Power Station and Energy projects.
Ensure all legal documentation complies with applicable UAE laws and international legal
standards.
Advise on international legal matters and cross-border transactions, particularly in the
energy sector.
Support the business in navigating regulatory requirements related to Power & Energy
projects.
Represent the company in legal matters and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with
business objectives.
Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively and efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Fluency in French, English, and Arabic (mandatory).
Proven experience in drafting and reviewingPPA, PPP & BOT agreements within the
Power/Energy sector.
Strong background in Commercial and Corporate Laws in UAE & Africa.
Demonstrated expertise in International Laws and cross-border legal matters.
Hands-on experience in Power Stations / Energy projects.
Ability to provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice.
Candidates can be based in the UAE
