Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on Commercial and Corporate Law matters within the UAE legal

framework.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including PPA, PPP and BOT contracts

related to Power Station and Energy projects.

  • Ensure all legal documentation complies with applicable UAE laws and international legal

standards.

  • Advise on international legal matters and cross-border transactions, particularly in the

energy sector.

  • Support the business in navigating regulatory requirements related to Power & Energy

projects.

  • Represent the company in legal matters and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.

  • Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with

business objectives.

  • Manage and resolve legal disputes effectively and efficiently.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, English, and Arabic (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewingPPA, PPP & BOT agreements within the

Power/Energy sector.

  • Strong background in Commercial and Corporate Laws in UAE & Africa.

  • Demonstrated expertise in International Laws and cross-border legal matters.

  • Hands-on experience in Power Stations / Energy projects.

  • Ability to provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice.

  • Candidates can be based in the UAE
