Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely legal advice to executives on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and other legal matters.

Collaborate with management to develop effective defense strategies.

Establish and monitor internal governance policies to ensure compliance.

Ensure all company operations comply with applicable laws to support effective business strategy development.

Research and assess risk factors related to business decisions and operational activities.

Apply proactive risk management techniques and provide legal guidance on potential issues.

Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to protect the company s legal rights.

Structure agreements to minimize risks while maximizing legal protections.

Communicate and negotiate with regulators, external counsel, public authorities, and other stakeholders, fostering trust-based relationships.

Provide clarity on legal language and specifications to employees across the organization.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes.

Evaluate the impact of decisions and actions considering multiple inputs and stakeholders.

Handle complex, cross-functional matters involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key shareholders.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal and business functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry in the region, with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and related documentation.
  • Full comprehension of external environmental influences on corporate operations.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
  • Broad legal expertise, including corporate law, litigation, labor law, and related areas.
  • Proven ability to develop proactive and defensive legal strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Effective organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence in communicating with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks.
  • Master s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and discretion.
