Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory:
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and internal departments.
- Support decision-making by assessing legal and commercial implications.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including engineering and construction agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational requirements.
Risk & Compliance:
- Identify and assess legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.
Dispute Resolution:
- Support legal and commercial dispute resolution processes and claims management.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare legal opinions, reports, and documentation to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and contract files.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi and UAE regulations (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial
- Mandatory experience in engineering and construction contracts.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
