Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice in accordance with Saudi and Bahrain laws and regulations

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and IT-related contracts

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, labor, and commercial laws

  • Manage legal risks, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel

  • Support Top management with legal opinions and compliance strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience handling Saudi and Bahrain legal frameworks

  • Strong background in corporate and commercial law

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
