Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Compliance

  • Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, real estate, and employment. matters

  • Ensure the company complies with UAE/GCC laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts.

Contract & Documentation Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

  • Ensure all contracts are compliant, risk-assessed, and properly executed.

  • Maintain a structured repository of legal documents and records.

Government & Regulatory Liaison

  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal institutions.

  • Handle legal approvals, licenses, and official correspondences in Arabic.

  • Represent the company in legal matters, hearings, or negotiations when required.

Dispute Resolution & Risk Management

  • Advise on dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration processes,

  • Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies,

  • Coordinate with external lawyers and legal firms when needed,

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates for senior management.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) on legal matters.

  • Provide training or guidance to staff on legal and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or equivalent is a plus.

  • Licensed or recognized to practice law in UAE/GCC jurisdictions (preferred).

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English (excellent).

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, or legal advisory roles.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations in corporate, real estate, and employment law.

  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
