Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the club's compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. 
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring the legal security of the club in all areas in support of all departments (HR, Commercial, Technical, etc.)
  • To ensure the protection of the club's rights vis-à-vis all administrations and organizations, including sporting bodies
  • To manage litigation with suppliers and customers who have not honored their contracts
  • Defend the club's legal interests, assist management in decisions that require legal expertise
  • Provides information and advice on changes in laws, standards and case law, and conducts ongoing legal and regulatory monitoring.
  • Handling cases (litigation with lawyers or experts, representing the company before administrative and judicial bodies and settling disputes while safeguarding the company's interests)
  • Preparation of meetings and drafting of preliminary contracts and legal documents

BASIC EDUCATION : University studies_x000D_

Specialty : Law and Legal Science - CAPA_x000D_

Exp rience

Eight (08) years in the legal field, sports law_x000D_

Two (02) years in the field of team management

Proven ability to manage a team of collaborators

Knowledge of Algerian labor law and regulations in force in his/her field

Language proficiency (written and spoken)

Thorough knowledge of the law and legislation specific to sport

Very good quality, safe, actionable, specific to the legal sector

Mastery of sporting regulations at national and international levels (FAF-CNRL-FIFA-CAF-TAS....etc)
