Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal and Litigation Director
- Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring, particularly in labour law, commercial law and company law.
- Draft, analyse and validate legal acts (contracts, agreements, official letters, etc.).
- Manage litigation files: follow-up of procedures, coordination with lawyers, drafting of conclusions and necessary documents.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Law (a Master's degree is an asset).
- Experience of 5 to 8 years in a legal function, ideally in a corporate environment or in a law firm.
- Proven experience in litigation management and employment law.
Comp tences techniques :
- Excellent knowledge of labour law and legal procedures.
- Strong skills in contract law and business law.

- Excellent action and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and diplomacy.
- Rigour, confidentiality, sense of ethics.
