• Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring, particularly in labour law, commercial law and company law.
• Draft, analyse and validate legal acts (contracts, agreements, official letters, etc.).
• Manage litigation files: follow-up of procedures, coordination with lawyers, drafting of conclusions and necessary documents.

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Law (a Master's degree is an asset).
• Experience of 5 to 8 years in a legal function, ideally in a corporate environment or in a law firm.
• Proven experience in litigation management and employment law.

• Excellent knowledge of labour law and legal procedures.
