Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation, including statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and managing case files.
- Maintaining and updating case management systems, ensuring all client information is current and accessible.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for legal work.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a law firm or legal department, demonstrating familiarity with legal processes.
- Certification from a recognized paralegal association, showcasing professional commitment and expertise.
- Experience in litigation, corporate law, or family law, aligning skills with the firm's practice areas.
