Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and case precedents

  • Draft legal notices, agreements, memorandums, and correspondence

  • Assist advocates and legal consultants in case preparation

  • Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance

  • Organize, maintain, and update case files and legal records

  • Prepare summaries of legal findings and case materials

  • Coordinate with clients regarding document collection and follow-ups

  • Assist in preparing submissions for courts and relevant authorities

  • Perform general legal administrative support tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality of all legal and client-related information

Desired Candidate Profile


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) qualification is mandatory

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent legal research and drafting skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional attitude and ability to work in a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation handling

  • Prior legal or law firm experience is an advantage

  • UAE experience is not mandatory

  • Candidates with willingness to learn and grow in the legal field are encouraged to apply
