Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze, organize and monitor the fulfillment of legal obligations in its field.
- Participates in the standardization, modeling and document harmonization in the context of compliance with legislation.
- Participates in the development and monitoring of dashboards to quantify and analyze: the progress of the processing or regularization of new or ongoing legal files or cases.
- Monitor the progress of standardization and document modeling work.
- Assist its hierarchy in the development of objective forecasts to be achieved by the sub-directorate, as part of action plans or requests for reinforcement of human or material resources.
- Develop and propose to its hierarchy, the updating of document models.
- Participate in the development, publishing and dissemination of specialized legal collections in its field.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree in Law.
- One (01) year of experience in the Legal field (debt recovery).
