Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Provide legal advice on arbitration procedures, DIFC, ADGM regulations, and corporate governance
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and memoranda
Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and legal negotiations
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Assist in compliance and regulatory filings
Support the legal team in dispute resolution and legal strategy development

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law
Valid UAE legal license and practicing certificate
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in arbitration, DIFC, ADGM, and corporate law
Strong analytical and communication skills
