Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Document Management: Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and archives, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal staff, including preparing necessary materials.
- Legal Research and Support: Assist with legal research, prepare basic legal documents, and support attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal paperwork.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the legal department and other departments or external entities, facilitating effective communication and document exchange.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies, and assist in monitoring legal department expenses and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is typically required. Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Experience: 1 year of administrative support experience in a legal or related field, with familiarity in contract review and legal compliance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. (Arabic and English mandatory)
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases is essential.
