Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, organize and monitor the fulfillment of legal obligations in its field.
  • Participates in the standardization, modeling and harmonization of documentation within the framework of compliance with legislation.
  • Participates in the development and monitoring of dashboards to quantify and analyze: the progress of the processing or regularization of new or ongoing legal files or cases.
  • Monitor the progress of standardization work, document modelling.
  • Assisting his superiors in developing forecasts of objectives to be achieved by the sub-directorate, within the framework of action plans or requests for reinforcement of human or material resources.
  • to develop and propose its hierarchy, the updates of the document models.
  • To participate in the development, editing and distribution of legal collections specializing in its field.
  • University degree in Law.
  • One (01) year of experience in the Legal field (debt recovery).
