Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will focus on Contract Negotiation where you ll lead on significant negotiations with principals, suppliers, and external counsel of counterparties, documenting complex outcomes independently.
Oversee the final terms and conditions for key Group contracts, coordinating with the GC or relevant Senior Legal Counsel for final approvals.
Participate in Strategic Advisory management meetings to offer expert legal opinions on operational and strategic issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must be UK or US Qualified and currently reside in Dubai with a relevant Work Visa.
- Education: Graduate degree in Law from a reputed university.
- Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Dubai with a Work Visa.
- Professional Qualification: UK or US qualified preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Strong private practice background with excellent training gained from a top-tier international law firm in London or New York.
- Sector Exposure: Experience across multiple sectors with specific expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or Commercial Law.
- Drafting Skills: Excellent English drafting skills with a proven ability to document complex negotiation outcomes.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, structured thought process, and the ability to work under senior-level pressure.
- Presence: Ability to provide senior-level input and engage effectively with Group leadership.
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or Commercial Law.
