Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analysis of legal documents relating to public tenders.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to be concluded with partners.

Providing comprehensive legal advice on a daily basis to the operational team and country director.

Coordination with external advisors.

Management of formalities for the local entity in coordination with the corporate team based in France.

Building and maintaining a professional network of contacts

Coordinating transfer pricing/support services agreement/intra-group agreements

Ensuring that the FAT procedure is followed correctly

Support and advice the Country director on different compliance topics with the Corporate level support

Negotiate in co-ordination with procurement department and Contract Management the contracts to be signed with suppliers and subcontractors

Manage insurance claims

Can also be considered to cover the support and guidance to the HR department concerning legal matters related to labor and employment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in law (a master's degree is a plus)

Between 6 and 8 years (2 years experience in the construction or industrial sector)

Arabic and English are essential, French is a plus.

Motivated, committed, and dedicated to the success of the organization

Ability to work in a team

Ability to communicate effectively

Promotes open and healthy communication within the wider team

Ability to multitask
