Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Contractual Support
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (distribution, services, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
• Provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice to business teams
• Ensure alignment with Group policies and applicable laws across MENA
• Anticipate risks and propose mitigation strategies supporting business continuity

E-commerce & Digital Projects

• Act as a legal partner for e-commerce initiatives
• Support digital platforms, online sales models, and omnichannel strategies
• Advise on consumer protection, T&Cs, and platform liability

AI & Innovation

• Support AI-related projects (development, deployment, use)
• Assess risks linked to data, IP, and emerging regulations
• Contribute to internal governance frameworks for responsible AI use

Legal Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws (including competition, consumer, and data privacy)
• Support internal stakeholders in risk identification and management
• Contribute to legal guidelines and best practices

Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams
• Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice
• Balance legal risks with commercial objectives

Profile & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• Law degree from a reputable university
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
• French is a plus
