Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Specific activities
- Contribute to the determination of legal policy
- Participate in coordination with work on draft texts, participate in the interpretation and coherent implementation of texts and case law
- Participate in the drafting of legal policies and/or procedural notes, ensure their validation and guarantee their dissemination
- Participation in working groups organized by regulators and industry associations
- Contribute to the analysis of the main legal risks on a global scale to detect regulatory trends and propose specific follow-up Organize, carry out and review legal watch (textual identification) and disseminate information
- Animation and coordination of a regulatory watch network
- Planning, monitoring, management, production of reports and review of draft regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Provide independent/expert legal advice to businesses and/or other legal advisors on their activities
- Provide advice and consultations, tailored or comprehensive, adapted to the needs of clients
- Draft or participate in the drafting of specific legal documents
- Define, in consultation with clients, the legal strategy to be adopted in a case
- Identify, raise and escalate legal risks in accordance with LEGAL procedures
- Contribute to the legal compliance of activities within its scope
- Lead or participate in cross-functional and/or projects
- Develop a system of periodic control and ensure the implementation of regular reports
- Monitor market developments and regulations related to relevant activities
Candidate Profile:
- Bac+5 in law (business law, regulatory law, compliance)
- Experience in a similar position
