Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Research and analysis of relevant legislation, case law and regulations in the company's field of activity.
Providing legal advice to the company's various stakeholders on a range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, etc.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, license agreements, and other legal documents.
Handling potential or ongoing litigation, including coordination with external lawyers if necessary.
Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations by developing and implementing internal policies and training programs.
Participate in legal due diligence during commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and provide advice on related legal issues.
Working collaboratively with other departments within the company to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent legal research skills and ability to analyze and interpret legislation and jurisprudence.
Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to non-legal parties.
Mastery of legal drafting and review of contracts and other legal documents.
Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
