Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the overall legal security of the company and advise management on strategic decisions.
- Drafting, analyzing, negotiating and monitoring various contracts, agreements, partnerships, subcontracts and amendments
- Establish and oversee internal procedures related to contract, document, and regulatory management.
- Ensuring legal compliance in matters of labor law, commercial law, administrative law and regulations
- To manage and handle disputes and litigation (civil, commercial, social, administrative), in collaboration with external lawyers
- Representing the company before the competent courts, regulatory authorities and administrative bodies
- Assist and advise internal departments (HR, regulatory affairs, sales, medical) on legal risks
- Ensure the drafting, validation and monitoring of legal, administrative and contractual files related to the projects
- Participate in the management of real estate transactions, notarial deeds and land procedures
- Supervise the physical and electronic archiving of legal documents
- Train and support internal teams on applicable legal practices
- Representing the company to notaries, bailiffs, courts, professional federations and institutional partners
- To ensure the legal and economic protection of the company's interests
- To carry out any task of a legal nature related to the company's activity
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in legal, administrative, or equivalent sciences
- 8 years old, 10 years minimum experience in a company
- Proven experience in legal functions and responsibilities.
- Additional training in business law or corporate lawyer
- Skills in strategic legal advice and risk management
- Knowledge of internal governance and compliance procedures
- Excellent mastery of languages
- Professional rigor, confidentiality, discretion and team spirit
