Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision of the internal legal team and support in the skills development of employees.
- Strategic advice to national and international clients in the context of the implementation of their projects.
- Supervision of legal affairs and coordination of compliance with local and international legislation.
- Contribution to the development of cross-functional missions related to the firm's activity.
- Collaboration with the firm's various international offices on complex legal issues.
- Law degree (Bac+5) with specialization in business law or corporate law.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including a significant portion in a consulting firm or internationally renowned law firm.
- Solid expertise in business law, compliance, governance, complex contracts and labor law.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
- Strong business focus and legal rigor.
- My perfect mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.

Desired Candidate Profile
