Roles & Responsibilities

A highly motivated Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate with a strong interest in system development and digital transformation. Equipped with a foundational understanding of legal principles combined with a tech-oriented mindset, eager to learn and be trained in legal technology, digital systems, and modern legal operations. Committed to supporting organizations in integrating legal knowledge with innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in legal research, drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

  • Assist in developing and improving legal workflow systems and digital processes

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure legal compliance in system development and digital platforms

  • Support implementation and use of legal tech tools (e.g., contract management systems, document automation)

  • Participate in system testing to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Maintain and organize legal data using digital tools and databases

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting technology-driven solutions
