Corporate & Commercial Legal

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.

• Provide legal advisory support to business teams on commercial transactions and operational matters.

• Ensure contracts are compliant with UAE laws and company policies.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE federal and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the business and proactively advise stakeholders.

• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory filings where required.

Corporate Governance

• Support corporate secretarial matters including board resolutions, powers of attorney, shareholder documentation, and corporate filings.

• Coordinate with external authorities (DED, free zones, ministries) for company registrations, renewals, and amendments.

Litigation & Dispute Management

• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

• Manage legal notices, claims, and responses, ensuring timely and effective handling.

• Maintain litigation trackers and provide regular updates to management.

Risk Management

• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-focused mitigation strategies.

• Support internal stakeholders in understanding legal exposure and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

• Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and government entities as required.
