Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description

  • Maintain corporate records and assist with board documentation.
  • Support governance frameworks and internal controls.
  • Coordinate legal documentation for strategic projects.
  • Assist with contract and regulatory filings and tracking.
  • Monitor legislative changes and update compliance materials.
  • Manage legal databases and document systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations on legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a bachelors degree in Law.
  • 1-3 years of legal or governance experience (NQ acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and governance frameworks.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
  • Must be bilingual in English & Arabic with excellent communication and adaptability skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a structured legal environment.
