Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handles the unit's litigation matters

  • Monitors litigation cases of all kinds (civil, social) in collaboration with the structures involved.
  • Handles and monitors legal matters related to employment disputes in collaboration with the HR department of the unit or company.
  • Studies and prepares all elements of litigation files
  • Under the guidance of their manager, they maintain relationships with lawyers, bailiffs, and translators engaged by the company for handling disputes.
  • Supervises expert assessments when necessary (preparation and support for experts)
  • Procedure for issuing formal notices in the context of debt recovery

  • Represents the unit before the courts
  • Prepares periodic reports on the unit's litigation cases (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in legal sciences

Professional training: mastery of labor legislation, the public procurement code, and dispute resolution.
